Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Revizen platform ("Revizen", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Revizen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revizen. By creating an account, clicking "Sign Up," or otherwise accessing the platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Revizen is intended for students aged 13 and older. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian and have their permission to use the service.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- Keep your email address up to date
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Not share your account credentials with anyone else
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Revizen to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in Bangladesh or internationally
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
- Submit, upload, or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful
- Distribute malware, spam, or any other harmful code
- Scrape or extract data from the platform using automated tools without our written permission
- Impersonate another user, person, or entity
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All study content, notes, MCQ questions, and materials displayed on Revizen — including text, structure, and formatting — are owned by Revizen or its content contributors and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written consent.
Content you create on the platform (such as personal notes you add) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of running the service.
6. Disclaimers
Revizen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The platform will be available at all times without interruption
- The content will be free of errors or omissions
- Use of the platform will result in specific exam outcomes or grades
Study materials are created to assist learning. Final exam performance depends on many factors beyond the scope of any study tool.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revizen and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any data loss or exam outcome.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Revizen shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Revizen after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
